This used to be the number one complaint against AOL ;-) The similarities are striking. Remember the AOL lawsuits for busy signals and poor support. Thats because they were growing like a weed. ATHM is in the same spot - but this time I am hoping to have the wisdom to see the short term growing pains for what they are. The demand for ATHM is probably far beyond what the company expected, and it will take some time and investement to get things right. But they will do it. -- George
