--WHY IS BID.COM MOVING UP.?????? I'd say a lot has to do with those 2 or 3 excellent reports concerning BID.COM that Waldo put out in the last few days, and are on his web site.?? Another reason is everybody has seen how those Internet E-commerce stocks have taken off on the Nasdaq. We all know if the ordinary person wanted to buy a few shares at a reasonable price, in one of those hot stocks (i.e IVILLAGE), that can shoot up to $50.00 to $100.00 in one day, their chances are like a "snow ball in hell". !!! With Bid.Com people see a chance to own a piece of the company that could get on the Nasdaq Big Board at a low price. QUESTION: It would be interesting to know all those Internet auction companies that didn't have IPO's, I would say, once the word was out they were going on the NASDAQ their shares kept creeping up 2 or 3 weeks before the big opening day on the Nasdaq, did any ever drop down?? And I'd also say every one of those Internet auction companies that hit the big board on the Nasdaq had a big shot up in share value sometime throughout the opening day and closed higher than their opening value. Would anybody know anything different.????? If that's the case,?? we should not see any big pull back in this stock. It looks like we have a different situation this time, but there are so many outside forces anything can happen. Let's hope it's the Nasdaq BIG BOARD for BID.COM, hopefully.
