CULE: I bought CULE for the first time around 1 1/4, sold it then bought back at 1 1/32. Bought more at .75 today.

Basically what happened was CULE management threw together a biz plan, put up a web page and then went about distribution agreements. I talked to several individuals at CULE and I was very dissatisfied with their lack of logical direction.

Over the last several weeks they have taken steps in the right direction...

1. Hired a professional firm to build the web page rather than doing it themselves.

2. Maybe (Wishful thinking) they are negotiating with 2 PR firms to get attention to the biz because I strongly encouraged them as a concerned shareholder to get a PR firm. I did this emphatically several times.

3. Aggressively pursuing more distribution agreements. Distribution agreements for a new biz don't come knocking on the door.
