My guess is MCI/Worldcom since TLTG has worked with OzEmail and MCI/Worldcom bought OzEmail. Wild guess.

The reason for not disclosing the other company is very simple. If they were to disclose that they had a 10 million dollar deal with a major company, other big players would go in and try to get the deal themselves. TLTG does not want to make it known to the industry that company X is willing to buy 10 million dollars worth of VoIP minutes. The other company has signed up with them. The last thing TLTG wants to do is subject themselves to a bidding war or get other players involved.

There's nothing suspicious about it. It's simple business.
