Probably. Why didn't he say the lowest in the industry ?
May be lower than AMD but higher than Intel. Or may be
he is comparing Xeon. The statement itself means nothing.
The result does. I remembered they post a loss.

Could be because they never build anything. I heard the NSM fab in South Portland, Maine was almost put up as one of the NCAA March Madness basketball auditoriums.
