I really don't know if they have done this kind of arrangement. With the EBCT scanner being so expensive, I suspect that they have come up with creative financing to make the purchase less painful.

I cannot believe that there are only 2 scanners in the whole state of Florida, especially considering age of the Florida population. I wonder if they have considered a mobile unit, like some of the cath labs. They could have one parked at the TPC golf tournament this week. I am sure that it would make a bundle.

It sure would be great if IMAT performs like VISX did recently. I wouldn't hold your breath.
