Jeff:Well it is like this, according to Paul (no not the Apostle but our Paul)<g>

Not unlike Newton's law of motion.

For every 'oversold' condition there is an equal and opposite 'undersold' condition.Did you know that?<vbg>

<<what do you mean by "significantly oversold" >>

Jeff: That's my opinion...it's from my back of the napkin calculations...I 'm not one of those chart experts. Yet, I have been on the DELL train for a while and I understand some of its trends. I also have heard some Investment Managers on CNBC say that DELL is oversold and they would be a buyer in the 30s.

With DELL we have the leader in the industry with THE BEST business model and we have A LOT of experts, ANALysts and media pundits who confuse investors. What if there really is not "a PC slowdown?" What if it is company specific? What if DELL continues to take market share from its inefficient competitors? What if DELL is moving into the higher margin server and storage markets faster than the experts realize? I don't have all of those answers. Yet, it has not been proven that DELL can no longer deliver very robust increases in sales and earnings. If DELL still is a premiere growth company that is still very healthy, shouldn't it be selling near its all time highs -- like an AOL or an EMC? I feel that it should --and that is just my opinion.

I know there are potential valuation concerns. Yet, DELL gets lumped together with all of the other inefficient boxmakers. That is wrong. DELL is a different kind of company with a different type of business model. DELL's track record speaks for itself. Yet, the fear and misinformation in the marketplace creates a great buying opportunity for LONG TERM investors.

Good Luck with your decisions.

Regards,

Scott
