<<<Have any questions you, or other shareholders, would like to see answered?>>>>

The obvious question that comes to mind: How could Arif, along with Ira Monas, publicly state that FAMH had profits of approximately $2.2 million in 1997, when he knew that wasn't true?

Revenues for the year didn't even hit $2 million. I am sorry... I don't care how "hands off" Arif will claim he was, he knew he was lying at the time.

Questions I'd like to see answered? <I'd sure like to ask them myself>

1) What has anyone in the company done in the last year to increase stockholder value.

2) Actions do not show efforts at increasing shareholder value, so what are the reasons for his and other's actions?

3) A business plan is typically used to determine management actions towards future goals. Where is the business plan and was it followed?

4) When it was seen over a year ago that the company was losing money, what actions were taken to turn that situation around? Exactly how were the stockohlders interests looked after?

Each question just opens doors for more questions...this could go on for hours and hours.

Since court rooms are not usually "closed door", but are open to the public, I would like to see the transcript posted here. I realize the transcript would cost a couple of hundred dollars, but it would be worth the cost for everyone to read sworn testimony. Chances are the attornets will get one anyway. Possibly post it on another website with the URL here.
