I would think any company PR could be possibly not impartial, because those that produce them are paid by the company. But, isn't what you are observing very common?

Chuck, thanks for the link. Can you expound some on why you believe the company is solid. I certainly had that impression upon a quick review this morning because the company has been reporting for some time, and reported significant revenues. I also liked the fact that they have a shareholder communication area on its web page.

What history can you fill me in on that can counteract against this news? The market seemed to take it seriously, since I think it thwarted the rapid rise this morning. Thanks, Ted

There are red flags all over the place on this one. Misleading headline (other foreign companies already have contracts with Chinese ISP's); denials by the Chinese company; unlikely financing challenges; apparent insider selling; no ISP experience; contradictory press releases. Buyer be VERY aware.
