Sounds like a war to me. Innocent people are always the
primary victims of war. By escalating this war, we are
adding to the number of innocent victims, not reducing it.

Some incredibly evil people are committing atrocities in Kosovo.
These people live in Serbia, but these acts of evil are committed
by individuals -- not by an entire population. It is very hard
for us to stop criminals in Serbia from acting although it is
important for us to try. However, we certainly have the power
in this country to stop our own government from acting in a
criminal way. Hopefully, we will have the will to do so, just
as we must hope the Serbs have the will to stop their leaders
from committing these great acts of evil. Any help we can offer
the innocent in Kosovo, we should -- short of bombing other
innocent people to death.
