The cards are on the table, we just have to wait and see what happens. This may very well be, as someone else posted, the turning event of the late 20th century and the event that shades the relations of the 21st. How stirred up will the Bear get now? Ive been reading alotta posturing and puffing about "dire consequences" and "military" responses from the Russians, and the Chinese are as usual, denouncing the attacks. Who's gonna risk their necks first, over Serbia no less? Derek
