Flick Very interesting reading. Speaking of the "electronic noses" , I remember reading many years back where it was predicted that the day would come where movie theatres (now applicable to home Television, especially big screen home projection types) would have chemically treated electronic controlled heating devices that would emit odors specific to scenes in a movie and be gently distributed through the air handling system of the theatre (or by a small fan in the case of home equipment). A control track on the film or (tape) would sync the (odor box) to the scene.....Imagine a small plug in device for your computer that could do the same thing to add additional effects to the video you may be viewing.......The possibilities abound in the Multi-Media applications.
