I agree with you on the overall weak market condition, but I have to differ on the institutional ownership presumed to be selling.

If I was a fund manager and I have a few losers in my portfolio, I would want to bail out of the losing ones and increase my winners, otherwise, my portfolio would only include losses which could possibly boot the fund manager out the door by the time his performance is revealed.

Secondly, I noticed today that there were still large-size blocks on the buy side, which tells me that these big guys are not bailing out yet. I truly believe that this entire decline is within the corrective phase of SEPR and yes, we might go down a bit lower tomorrow at the opening, but I would expect a turn around by mid-day. I for one, will be buying tomorrow. Good Luck.
