Thanks for the information. As I am not a hardware guy,
I know nothing about it.

What I do notice is the vast amount of information on a
CPU which is supposed to be available in 12 - 18 months
time comparing with lack of information for a CPU which
is supposed to be available in 3 months time.

Thanks for the link to the Merced slide presentation. Numerous mentions of availability. I like that! What's DRAM chipkill? Making a memory chip unavailable if it's giving errors?
