March 24, 1999 ADVANCED FIBRE COMMUNICATIONS INC (AFCI) Annual Report (SEC form 10-K) (http://sec.yahoo.com/e/990324/afci.html) The report really has nothing new but it does not show that CEO Green is also a director for Cernet Inc.. From the report: "...Mr. Green is also a director of TCSI Corporation, Larscom, Inc., two private organizations, and a private non-profit foundation..." Is TCSI Corporation the parent company of Cernet Inc.? EKS
