Of course the minimum pre-tax earnings requirement didn't prevent Descartes Systems from obtaining a listing on the National Market, but that company applied under Option 2 which waives that requirement for any company that has a minimum of $18 million in Net Tangible Assets. BII does not meet that requirement.

Serge, there are two ways to qualify for National Market listing. 1 is to have 6 mil in tangible assets,1 mil in pre tax income (as you stated), 1.1 mil public float, 8 mil market value, $5 US price, 400 shareholders and 3 market makers. the other requires 18 mil in tangible assets,1.1 mil public float, 18 mil market value, $5 US price, 400 shareholders and 3 market makers.
