I think you can search most engines for "X" and "Y" using Boullean (?)strings which define specific parameters. The use of "AND" (all caps) limits the search to hits which include both X and Y to the exclusion of X or Y hits.

For example: Lather AND The AND Shameless AND Post AND Grubber should yield a hit on this post.

Don't know if B.Strings work on all engines, but I know it does for some.
