Bottoming out? Some may be familiar with PCBM...I think today was a critical day for them. They had been trading at the low end of their range (.29 - .33) for a few weeks...chart looked sort of ripe for a recovery. Today it dipped rather dramatically and you could have picked up shares for 21.8 cents. The company has some interesting things in the pipeline, e-commerce check/loan card for online payment and loans, new internet acquisitions etc. News is due and the company is said to be planning a big blitz. Recently obtained 1.5+million in bridge financing until more substantial financing closes... they hinted at a second offering in the future and there was talk of potential dilution. The company claims to have a small float, they mentioned it right in their PR...kind of weird. Rumor is that MMs are naked shorting and that it might be headed for one heck of a squeeze... Is this a great buying opportunity or does this mark the beginning of the end for PCBM? I have a few thousand shares...
