MSGI Applies for Listing On Nasdaq National Market NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 24, 1999--Marketing Services Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: MSGI - news), an integrated marketing and Internet services industry leader, today announced that it is in the process of applying for listing on the Nasdaq National Market. The Company believes that it meets all of the eligibility requirements for listing, including market capitalization, total revenue, public float and minimum bid price, however their can be no assurance that such application will be approved.
