I'm just so frustrated with IDT's silence on the spin-off or IPO. If they could announce the consent solicitation, why cannot they announce the results since the consent solicitation has expired for a few weeks already? Is the announcement going to violate any SEC rules? If the general market goes into a severe bear market, all the stocks are going to suffer badly. The statement by Forbes about the rev growth is true. However the earnings growth for IDT the past quarter is negative.

The reason I'm in this stock is for the possible IPO or spinoff. It's like that you have paid to go to a show with the promise that some world class star would be there to perform. However, the show is half way through and the star still hasn't shown up and no one comes out to inform the audiences if the star is really going to perform or not and when. Some impatient audiences are starting to leave the show.

The executives at IDT, please don't miss the good time when people's appetite is still very HOT for internet IPOs!!! Hurry up! Or at least give us something to hope for.
