Old Soldier Jack, let the new rabbits see the thorns of the european briarpatch.

Old history is being made, as we speak.

Jack of no patience ? No
Jack of proper patience ? Yes

<<prized sword does not fall to rust>>
<<listen to Beethoven"s "Fur Elise" >>

old wives tales, i know not if true or not

- wine should breather first, before enjoyed
- a used piano sounds better than when it was new
- a violin needs to be played, else loose it ability to make good music
- taste of war is not always bitter, but war is hell
- a sword that is coated with oil or blood, does not fall to rust

<<pate de foie gras from Alsace to quiet my belly as I bide my time?>>
<<I can bake the loaves as required, and gosh, I have the wine!>>

Someday maybe we all can share the wine and time.

Doug

Old Soldier Jack, what you had in Alsace was maybe a foie gras from the South of France or a nice homemade pate. But they're not the same. The Goose prefers the southern climate. It's OK I am learning too.
Bon ap!
