I'd bet money that it was a reverse merger into a public shell. If I didn't know better already, and I was speculating based strictly upon the PR approach taken on this thread, I'd probably guess that the company was incorporated in the great state of Nevada. Boy, wouldn't that make a great story? Too bad it's not true. ;^)

We completed a 504 Reg D @ $1.00 per share with a prospectus then filed a 15c211 with National Capital in Oklahoma. Our stock was approved for trading in Nov. 1998.
