Does anyone have a theory on why BCST continues to trade at the low end of the publicized (leaked) range? Normally, this would happen for fear that the deal would fall through. In this case, with BCST clearly wanting to sell and YHOO clearly wanting to buy, the only possibility seems to be additional upside either through tough negotiation or through another suitor showing interest. What does the market know, or what is the market factoring in, that I am not seeing?
