BEIJING, March 25 (Reuters) - China appears willing to settle agricultural issues which are among the problems blocking its
13-year bid to join the World Trade Organisation, a senior official of U.S. grain company Cargill said on Thursday.

Norwell Coquillard, president of Cargill Investments (China) Ltd, said he believed there was progress in trade negotiations
between China and the United States on Beijing opening up imports policy.
