I agree. A check of mine was cleared 2 days before MLTX but it never showed up. I called customer service that evening of MLTX pricing and they said, i am fine as there internal system shows the cash. I got an email saying to confirm. I did and got zip shares. I wrote an email to customer service and they are yet to reply. But my wife applied for it later than me. She got it, because she had the cash that she could physically see on her account over. Mine was only in the internal system and it took 3 days to see once my check had cleared. I wonder how many systems they have? My wire took 3 days to show.
