try these brokers: watherhouse securities, brown & co, preferred trade (ask for sam or doug). i cannot vow for their service, but don martini has just open an account with preferred and is very happy. generally these brokers require 100k for equity an a margin agreement. you should ask for level 4 to be able to sell naked puts, or if they agree you can ask for level 5.

margin requirements vary from brokers to brokers. for naked puts you might be required to:

in the money put: 25% of underlying stock plus option price

out of the money put: 25% of underlying stock plus option price minus out of the money amount or $ 500/contract which is higher.

check with them their requirements because you can easily get a margin call if they are very very strict on their rules. one think to remember on naked option: don't be overextended.
