So the Serbs agree to a peace. On their terms and they get the majoprity of what they wanted to start with? That sounds like great terms that surely clinto will agree to. Sending in our troops will be sending them into guerilla actions. The Serbs have been in conflict with someone or the other for over 600 years. Our troops will only be another foe.
Bombing someone to the peace table worked fairly well in Korea and was working in Nam by Nixon until the political pressure got too great on Nixon. My entire point is that willy went into this the same was as he has in other similar situations, not relying on his military but using them as pawns. He wants to leave a legacy as a "PeaceMaker" Also, if you'll think about it, this situation in Kos takes the heat off the China corruption. HA
