Maybe you're right about the SEC, but I'm sure they'll have a record of TMRT submitting the application even if the process hasn't yet been completed. I'll give them a call tomorrow and check. If the application has been submitted I'm sure they can tell me. Then again, maybe the geniuses behind this company are having trouble filling out the paperwork. I guess we'll know tomorrow.
