Sorry dont know much about Harbinger.
But if they want to get to #3 they dont have to buy out 3 or 4.
They could go after a couple of smaller ones.
If they are "in" with Transpoint technology-maybe they will
persue that direction- a company that uses same technology.
For ex CKFR is really locking up customers/alliances in last
few months- but not using same technology-

I would have to agree with you on Harbinger. It is inexpensive to buy based on market cap but they would be inheriting a pack of problems. Between Harbinger and Sterling, the latter would seem to be the better choice. Although more expensive... higher revenues, less problems.
