Hi Grace... well, as you know you hear these same valuation issues on every internet thread. Not that they don't have merit... but a company is worth whatever people will pay for it.

FWIW I think the best things about gnet are its impending profitability and SI. I think SI is the best discussion site on the web, for a number of reasons, not just the current community but the design etc. Gnet has expanded SI to general discussions - go2net users can log in for free and post to the coffee shop discussion threads. Theres a lot of potential there for gnet.

Complicated but I believe this to be true...

Paul Allen 300 million cash investment into GNET is from convertible preferred stock.

The additional amount is from insiders directly and the so called upcoming tender offer.... Come on PAUL ALLEN ADMIT IT....YOU BOUGHT THOSE ADDITIONAL SHARES ON THE OPEN MARKET DIDN'T YOU....

Well regardless, Gnet float is very, very thin.

I believe a 3 for 1 split is reasonable considering the demand for the stock.
