OT I didn't mean to say that it was a "dog turd"...but that it could have been. At the point where they were getting to launch it, I had a significant position in Intel and I decided to install the preview for Win 95 just to get an idea if I was going to face a major disaster when the rollout day came. After the four hour install and switching out of several parts in the test computer....great tech support ( I mean that, the preview guys were great) It came to me about the time I was booting up in Safe Mode for the fifth time...that this rollout may be buggy, it may cause major public relations problems for MSFT....but it would not be allowed to fail. The whole industry was counting on it and the momentum was overwhelming.
