Copied from the raging bull board...

MustSeeTV.com...are you ready for this folks?

(Someone please post over at SI if somebody is a member)

This is big. I mean potentially huge. ABFG is developing an online tv station (can you say
cutting edge!) and they will have a live, online internet broadcast tomorrow on their website
to "test the waters". It will occur @ 4:00 pm Eastern time (market close) and can be
accessed at the following url:

abfg.com

A must see for those doing their due dilligence on the company, or those whom have even
so much as a slither of doubt of the management's true intentions re: becoming a major
force in the internet business. A press release in relation to this should also follow some time
tomorrow. Please tune in and be there. Cheers and no there are no commercials!

Sounds like TAP is the only one talking about it recently.
Can you believe companies give TAP hundreds of thousands of shares to spend all this time fighting with MoneyMade?
I know I used to look at TAP posts but since about half of them have become all about their fight with MM, I skip them all. If I skip them now, I'm sure others do as well. I wonder how those companies that pay them all those shares for PR feel about the exposure????(I know I would ask for my money back).

OK CG, just so you get an alternative opinion:

* 100 million common shares outstanding (their limit)
* Float, unknown but 50%+ owned by small number of people and another
25%+ owned by others following SI so we know pretty much where the
shares are

* Pros - They have a 15 million dollar tax loss carryforward they don't
need; use of some very sophisticated video database software code for
their product development (being successfully used by others); advanced
graphic compression technology with ongoing but small sales of a photo
editing product; 10 million dollar judgement (including penalties)
against Randy Jackson & Mom (brother & mother of the Michael Jackson)
but still have to collect; they have a OTC BB shell set-up for any
company wanting to go public easily; and lots of other potential people
and companies to sue who cheated them or their shareholders out of
millions of dollars or stole their software code; and a few other things
I forget at the moment, like our very own Elvis's house CD ROM

* Cons - Current management has insufficient funds to reopen operations
on any substantial scale without new partners or a buyout and is trying
to find the best deal for themselves and us. We owe a former creditor
approx. 3 million bucks plus lawyer cuts of the lawsuits and backpay for
employees. Current rumor is that some sort of deal is close

* Some of the speculation on the current merger/alliance/??? has a
reverse stock split coming along with something related to MP3
technology but these are just rumors

All of this is IMO until we get a news release.
