You're gonna have to use the phone. Call the company and get a perspectus faxed to you. You need to know who the board members are. Then find out who the transfer agent is. Also see if you can get the most recent quarterly report from the compan or their IR. Then check out their officers backgrounds and their IR firm. Hopefully after doing all this you will have some leads.

For any type company, just do a search on InfoSeek, AltaVista, etc .

Regarding BB's , I learned a lesson many yrs ago and traded only 2 or 3 in the past 5+ yrs. I did and have learned a lot in the past 6-9 months about the manipulation that goes on, how MM's can hold orders for up to 3 minutes ( what a royal screw, imo).

It may be worth it to short BB's .

What's the story with LAZT? There are only so many stocks a person can follow...and lack of info, being frustrating, makes it harder to follow, and that's another reason for me not inn the BB mkt.
