Cliff, may I ask whether the 10k will provide disclosure for all the business activities you and the other directors are presently involved in, including the various Nevada corporations for which you are listed as an officer? Will it also provide disclosure of any previous personal or business bankruptcies? FYI, disclosures of this sort are customary either in the 10k or in the DEF/PRE-14A proxy.
