Rumor has it that the Sask. money has come through.(I didn't question my source as to if the money was actually in the bank yet or tied up in the paperwork. It probably isn't yet in the bank but he said it was a done deal.) perhaps this would explain the slight strength in the stock price lately. the stock should take a run on this news as it's announced. This will alllow those investors who have been uncomfortable with UIC a timely exit. ontopequity.com
