Thank you LauA, I had not see article yet. Alas the joy of SI is everyone posting collectively. My learned associate got the impression (just back from presentations at Naval War College, Newport) that SGI will not be installing/selling Linux on NT visual boxes. May be a fine print problem with Microsoft. Means they have to come up with a different box. The only things the make the Visual box different is the ugly shape of the box and the proprietary graphics. Now as far as I know NT cannot support heterogenious video card and thus multi-display is not possible with visual as NT can't support it.

The above opinions are based upon guesses and not necessarily facts in evidence. Now ya all can flame me. But you could be nice and just point out the errors in my ways.
