Just stumbled on this thread. I am sort of surprised to see just two posters here. Mind if I chime in from time-to-time? I'll throw in a recipe or two when I'm not too lazy (as now) to type that much. Art, the trout recipe from Torrey makes me think that maybe I should stop there for dinner next time I am down Capitol Reef way. Usually we just pass through on our way to camp off the west edge of the Park. There used to be a pretty good Mexican restaurant in Hanksville, just east of Capitol Reef; if I am not mistaken El Diablo in Torrey is the successor business. #B~}>
