Story on 20/20 tonight about Wall St. professionals being hooked on heroin. Well DUHHH.......I think anybody who has followed the way some of these bozos analyze stocks could attest to that! No surprise. Ian

I used to really really like Datek as well, but over the years, their customer service has gotten really bad. I needed a document sent to me for tax purposes, so after a 40 min hold, the supervisor told me to fax him a request directly. I've faxed him 6 times over the past 2 months with no reply whatsoever. I used to recommend Datek to all my friends, but no longer. This kind of thing happens to me all the time with Datek. I now use Schwab and cannot complain about their service! You get waht you pay for. Sorry, just had to vent a little ... DK
