Freeus,

Why didn't you keep BOTH Fidelity and Datek?

I used to really really like Datek as well, but over the years, their customer service has gotten really bad. I needed a document sent to me for tax purposes, so after a 40 min hold, the supervisor told me to fax him a request directly. I've faxed him 6 times over the past 2 months with no reply whatsoever.

I used to recommend Datek to all my friends, but no longer. This kind of thing happens to me all the time with Datek. I now use Schwab and cannot complain about their service! You get waht you pay for.

Sorry, just had to vent a little ...
