Thanks, but I think I need a dictionary of geological terms more!

I hope my weak attempt at answering you was helpful. I hope no one confuses my speculations with facts.

My initial take on the releases so far from MDIN is that they sitting
on a potential commercial grade operation. The key word is sitting.

Don't forget that MDIN and NPEC are almost one in the same company because they share nearly the same Board of Directors and Management
personnel. If I had to judge MDIN by NPEC, "sitting" would not be a hedge but a near statement of fact. History of how these folks operate is a definite indicator of how I expect them to follow through. J

Just got off the phone with NPEC. I asked some questions about the share structure. Here's what I got. These are not his exact words but the content is accurate.

1)Question: What percentage of MDIN does NPEC own?

Answer: Hard to say in percentages but the structure is this: MDIN has about 57M common shares. NPEC owns 4,702,950 preferred shares of MDIN which will be converted to 18,831,800 common shares. MDIN has a total of about 10M preferred shares. So NPEC owns approximately 20% of MDIN.

2)Question: How many total common shares are there in NPEC?

Answer: About 97M

3)Question: What is the float for NPEC?

Answer: About 25M

4)Question: So insiders own most of the other 72M?

Answer: Yes insiders and other large investors. There is a group of people in California that own about 20M shares.

5)Question: What kind of news can we expect from NPEC?

Answer: Lots of good news. Maybe one more release even today on NPEC and the telecommunications business. There should be about 1 release on NPEC every week from now on.

6)Question: So the NPEC share price should rise steadily from now on?

Answer: Yes.

Please do your own DD. Call the company at 1-888-423-6993

Ask to speak to Dave D'Ricco. He is the PR guy. Ask him to put you on his email list so you can get the news releases as soon as they are released.
