The sticking point seem to be the convertible pfd. According to the company a significant amout has already been converted and they are trying to get stipulations from remaining holders not to convert or to change the terms so that they can appeal the delisting, which I am told they will do. Thank you again POS Geller may you rot in hell. Still believe that the potential for inflight gambling is there and a thought occured to me.... if the gambling software is on a server, what other venue could we try to penetrate?
