I cant say I am so happy that we dont get any infastructure JV. I think Ericy sounds like they ended up doing a little better then the Q. It sounds like the Q got litigation settled and not much else. Is Qcom going to get a fee from Ericy for a liscence. Why is Q taking a charge? How much will Q profit from WCDMA?

Seems an ideal settlement of all issues for QCOM. Perhaps now the train can finally leave the station.
