Generally acquisition and restructuring has a charge and is reflected in the share price. That charge, I am sure will show up as a line item in AOL's earnings report. So yes the earnings report would not be as good compared to if they had not acquired NSCP. But soon the positive effects of the acquisition and the synergy with SUN will soon start to show and I am sure they will exceed expectations in July.

Coming over the wires on CNBC is a report of a e-commerce agreement between EBAY and AOL. It will be interesting to watch how this will play out today. Maria B. already reporting that AOL is trading at 120 1/4 on Instinet, up from its close yesterday at 117.
