ref:The 'PC is dead' bit-Larry Ellison said it couple of years ago,Lou Platt of HP said it and now IBM and with good reasons too especially considering the latter two are losing their ass in PC biz-IBM in particular and HP ain't gaining much market share either.

I can't imagine anything more bullish for the rest of the PC box makers and especially for Dell.

If Lou thinks the PC is Dead, obviously he won't be investing much into that product line.

Now who might take up most of that slack? :-)
