What's the big deal? Earnings numbers for companies which do a lot of acquisitions are basically fiction in any case. A penny here and a penny there shouldn't determine your investment outlook for such a company. The issue should be: is their business model likely to produce above average growth in revenue in the next few quarters? My point is: look at the top line (revenue) and not so much at not income which is determined by some fairly arbitrary accounting decisions.
I like IFCI's prospects. All IMHO.

Ausdauer,

I was confused by the discussion of auditors myself. It almost sounded like one set of auditors is doing part of the books, and another group is doing another part, and they'll work together to reach a conclusion?
