This stock was a STRONG BUY since $4.00. No reason to change it at this point. Earnings are not a problem. This restatement of earnings was done to recognize that the settlement from TPP really was made up of earnings that had been intercepted and held. The restatement of $.68 is not smoke and mirrors. It is an accurate statement of earnings that were BEAM's, but that were held up for a while. This move is real.
