Ian- Chuzz, for one, in the past, agrees with your comment about other moving into the mix (quickly) to keep competitive pressures high...however, two last points (1) Would it be (entirely) attractive for another manufacturer..knowing that they would probably be relegated to be a number 3 player (in the corporate space?)...Maybe so, but I think the brute strength of Dell/Compaq would scare off some, at least temporarily (2) so, I think that Dell/Compaq could enjoy a period (several quarters) of higher margins as a result...sooner or later, yeah, someone(s) is going to come into to challenge, but I don't see that happening as soon as IBM/HP would exit the space...so, during the transition, I could forsee Dell/CPQ getting a nice windfall...at the least...

Thanks again for your thoughts...
