This post would have been more useful yesterday when VRIO went below 40, and NTBK below 50. After holding since a "safe buy" post last Wednesday I sold an hour before they both bounced in the afternoon. While there had been several posts requesting "a sense" of what was happening I don't recall seeing an answer. Oh well, you pays your money, you takes your chances.

MISI,CSCO, AMFM, CDN and SONE broke out nicely with no gap up and not prohibitively expensive and of course so did VRSN, NITE. BOBJ #1 on March 22's list is still on a strong uptrend today up another 8% also on no gap up and the third consecutive up day. So there some fair 'pickin's today not of the internet sector.

That;s why I like about 8-10 watch lists stocks because if some gap up or the sector is suddenly under pressure you have many alternatives and then there is the price I always like about 3-4 stocks that are priced between 18 and $30 a share and one or two normal stocks like BDX, AMFM etc.
