Zurdo, Bob, Annette: If this is indeed the case, it is important for us to know so that people do not start to blame any delays on NAVR. It is much better for someone (us) to alter our time-frame expectations than get concerned when nothing is wrong.

Yes, I would say 6 weeks is the outer limits. Who knows, it could be earlier--but now that I know there could be a slight delay because of SEC backlog, I'm calmly waiting.

Dragging their feet in getting the S1 filed might come back to haunt them.Getting the IPO out before Memorial Day is crucial to the success of NETR (and NAVR)
