Think it will go higher still before dropping, or would this be a good point to add to the Short Sell Position?

I agree. And although I have no use whatsoever for Sick Willy, I'm afraid a massive military strike is the only thing that will get Milosovic's attention. Innocents will die either way, but less civilians will die if Milosovic can be stopped. But like you said, it is very sad.
