Mr. Ian Lambert has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary.

For the past twenty-four years, Mr. Shaw has practiced as an independent law firm, handling noteworthy representations in high- profile litigation and representing entertainment clients and record labels in their transactional and legal affairs.

The new single "With a Child's Heart" by Raven Symone released for radio airplay on March 15, 1999, has become the sixth most added record as reported by 22 radio stations across the United States last week. The new single is scheduled for national release in stores on April 6, 1999, followed up by her first album, "Undeniable", scheduled for national distribution on April 27, 1999.

"Undeniable" will feature a song written and produced for Raven Symone by Stevie Wonder.
